As a Brand & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing & executing the different brand activation campaigns, that result in a stronger brand image, awareness, and successful campaigns aligned with business goals.

Brand activations management
Creators/Influencer marketing manager
Relations manager: PR, Partnerships & collab
Your responsabilities:
Responsible for the development of product strategies, the definition of promotional activities, brand campaigns, and other brand activations aligned to marketing objectives and plan
Collaborate with key business partners to develop & execute the campaigns. Including the creative & strategic brief
Bring new initiatives and activation platforms to life, through a consistent approach aligned with business goals. Providing tactics for the product placement
Lead a strong and long-term relationship with creators, influencers, and partners. Having full ownership of the Nomad Network program
Keep the current influencer database up to date. While, sourcing & curation influencers, making sure they are aligned with brand values
Work closely with Growth and Brand teams to ensure the influencer & brand strategy calendar
Define and implement collaborations with other brands and entities to support business growth and increase brand awareness; product drops, limited editions, and cross collaborations.
Help penetration in key markets and new verticals, through influencers, micro-influencers, collaborations, partners & PR
Track & report every single activation to demonstrate through data the impact of it.
Make sure every action or campaign has its forecasted results according to historical data and own predictions.
Negotiate efficient partnership agreements, and make sure all legal aspects of them
What will help you succeed in this role:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent or native English
Background on influencers & partners management
Strong project management capabilities, delivery oriented: the ability to attentively review, assess, and provide detailed information on multiple projects in an organized way
PR knowledge
Proactive (initiative), disciplined, and highly organized approach to work
