As a key member in the expansion department you will be responsible for driving business growth in key markets by expanding the brand's omnichannel presence.
Your challenge:
Wholesale in key markets
Key Account specialist
Tropicfeel retail management
Your responsabilities:
1) Develop and Execute Expansion Strategy:
Implement, track, and report on Tropicfeel's omnichannel expansion strategy in the designated territories.
Work towards achieving business goals and objectives within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay informed about the wholesale landscape.
2) Client Relationship Management and Sales Profitability:
Build a network of commercial agents and clients to support business growth.
Foster strong relationships with retail customers, collaborating on annual commercial plans and coordinating communication across various teams.
Update and maintain sales materials, leading price negotiations with key accounts to meet B2B profitability targets.
3) Visual Merchandising and Retail Strategy:
Define and create visual merchandising concepts across all locations and sales channels
Develop and implement retail concepts in Tropicfeel stores and for wholesale clients, ensuring optimal product assortment.
Incorporate sustainability initiatives and responsible practices into the retail strategy to align with Tropicfeel's brand values.
4) Operations and Customer Service:
Ensure the highest level of service and logistics for wholesale customers.
Handle retail client inquiries, implementing procedures on the sales floor, including product exchanges and refunds.
Train and support retail staff to ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience.
5) Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Provide regular reporting on results, pipeline, and retail footprint during monthly B2B strategy meetings.
What will help you succeed in this role:
Previous experience in outdoor or Lifestyle brands
Excellent or native English and Fluent Spanish ( Written and verbal )
Negotiation Skills
Strong project management capabilities, delivery oriented: the ability to attentively review, assess, and provide detailed information on multiple projects in an organized way
Proactive (initiative), disciplined, and highly organized approach to work
