As a Creative & Copywriter you will be the narrative owner of the brand voice in multiple assets and campaigns to build a brand legend while achieving business goals.
Your challenge:
Creative Conceptualization lead
Creative activation guardian (Script, Brief, Styling, Casting & Scouting)
Copywriter
Your responsabilities:
Maintaining awareness of creative work done by competitors, and market/tech developments and cultural trends and know how to transfer them to the daily work.
Understanding marketing plan and developing relevant creative ideas and concepts to meet the brief.
Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate and evolve ideas.
Taking the creative brief and asking intelligent questions to better understand the opportunity and needs
Articulating & presenting creative ideas. Developing creative presentations and mood boards to help bring ideas to life and tell stories.
Amending and redeveloping ideas after feedback.
Lead the development of creative concepts, and assets briefing until final delivery
Multi channel copywriting for product launches, brand campaigns and other ongoing projects and needs.
Brief and validate casting needs on commercial and brand shoots to ensure a diverse, compelling and engaging brand image.
Conceptualize styling and other artistic decissions and ensure they are properly applied on shoots.
Research, scout and develop shooting locations to ensure we are leading the travel conversation.
Ensure Tropicfeel communication (creativity & copywriting) are coherent and aligned with the brand purpose and strategy, participating in the development and constant updating of the brand channel guidelines
Reviewing and validating other departments copy content to ensure that it is written clearly, concisely and coherently with the campaign ecosystem.
Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with other channel stakeholders and the creative team to bring great ideas and creative work to life.
Collaborating with wider team, suppliers and external agencies, leading external creative briefing and validation
Collaborating with photography director, designers an other creative peers to ensure that assets are visually appealing and effective for each channel
Lead voice over writting and video scripting of branding and marketing video content
What will help you succeed in this role:
Excellent or native english and Fluent spanish
Experience in copywriting for comercial campaigns
Creative director alignment
Written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
Background on influencers & partners management
PR knowledge
Strong project management capabilities, delivery oriented: the ability to attentively review, assess, and provide detailed information on multiple projects in an organized way
Proactive (initiative), disciplined, and highly organized approach to work
