We are looking for a Junior Creative who own the ongoing creative workflow at Tropicfeel, managing daily briefs, producing and editing content, and leading copywriting where needed, with a strong focus on high-performing ads.

Your responsibilities 🚀
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose innovative concepts, scripts, and strategies for campaigns, social content, and ads.
Help steer Tropicfeel’s brand narrative to ensure it stands out as unique and recognizable.
Collaborate with brand, growth, and creative stakeholders to bring fresh, effective ideas to life.
Act as the primary gatekeeper for daily creative requests: review, prioritize, and filter incoming briefs to align work with strategic priorities and available resources
Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating deadlines with stakeholders, tracking progress, and proactively flagging risks to meet needs
Script, shoot, and edit creative content for social, web, campaigns, and ads.
Conceptualize and deliver performance-driven ads, storytelling videos, and branded content.
Join the media team on shoots when needed, contributing both creatively and practically to capture impactful stories.
Place a special focus on paid media ads, ensuring continuous delivery of fresh and high-performing creative formats, as this is the channel with the heaviest workload
Coordinate the rapid delivery of multiple versions and variations of creative assets to meet performance and testing needs
Deliver multiple copies maintaining a coherent tone of voice across several channels
Manage and assemble content from internal shoots, the media team, and external creators into compelling brand and performance assets.
Edit raw video content to produce assets for all commercial channels (performance, website, campaigns).
Re-edit and adapt existing content for new formats and placements, maximizing reach and performance.
Apply color correction, sound design, music mixing, and effects to ensure polished, engaging final outputs.
Ensure all published content aligns with Tropicfeel’s visual identity and creative guidelines.
Collaborate with fellow editors and creatives to finalize projects, ensuring delivery matches the initial vision.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, meeting agreed deadlines and balancing speed with quality
Maintain consistency of tone, style, and narrative across all channels and formats, reinforcing Tropicfeel’s brand identity
What are we looking for?🕵️
- A hybrid creative: equal parts conceptual thinker and hands-on maker.
Passionate and hands-on experience in storytelling, branding, and content creation.
Proven experience in video editing (DaVinci, Premiere, or similar) with excellent attention to detail.
Able to contribute to creative concepts and actively support brand strategy.
Ready to get involved on set, on trips, and wherever creativity is needed.
