We are looking for a Production Assistant Intern who is super organized and eager to learn the ropes of production. You’ll get hands-on experience helping us manage everything from scouting locations and handling product samples to supporting the team on-set. It’s a great role for someone who loves checklists and wants to see how creative ideas actually come to life in a fast-paced brand.

Your responsibilities 🚀

On-Set Production & Logistics

• Assist in scouting locations, securing permits, and coordinating transportation and travel for crew and talent.

• Provide on-site support during shoot days, managing catering, schedules, and general needs to ensure a smooth workflow.

Product & Sample Management

• Own the logistics of samples: requesting products from the warehouse, prepping them for shoots, and ensuring they are returned in top condition.

• Maintain and organize the studio inventory, including both Tropicfeel products and the styling/prop archive.

Project Coordination & Tracking

• Help keep our project management tool (ClickUp) up to date by assigning tasks and monitoring deadlines.

• Assist in organizing PPM (Pre-Production Meetings) and post-shoot de-briefs between the creative and post-production teams.

Research & Sourcing

• Proactively search for new talent (photographers, stylists, models) and unique locations that align with the brand’s aesthetic and budget.
  

What are we looking for?🕵️

• Background: Currently studying or recently graduated in Audiovisual Production, Design, Business, or similar.

• Organizational Ninja: You love planning and have a natural knack for keeping track of "moving parts." Whether it’s a trip with friends or a complex project, you’re the one with the checklist.

• Production Interest: You have a genuine interest in audiovisual production, events, or logistics. Previous experience in these areas (even in personal projects) is a huge plus!

• Problem-Solver Mindset: You are proactive and ready to jump in whenever a need arises on-set or in the office.

• Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (like ClickUp or Notion) is a plus.

• Languages: English is a must (we are a global team!). Spanish is a big plus.
