We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who manage the coordination of inbound, outbound, and warehouse operations to ensure products move efficiently across the supply chain. You will be the key connector between partners, carriers, and internal teams, making sure execution is smooth from supplier to customer.

Your responsibilities 🚀
Lead inbound operations
Manage, book, arrange & supervise the performance of main stakeholders to ensure we offer the best product availability to achieve business goals
Lead relationships with inbound partners to secure operational stability
Propose and implement new strategies to reduce transit times and costs while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain real-time visibility of goods-in-transit by ensuring all shipping data and status updates are accurately reflected in the ERP system
Oversee the end-to-end management of shipping documentation to ensure seamless freight booking, customs clearance, and timely warehouse reception, preventing operational delays and minimizing additional costs
Collaborate with Finance to provide accurate inbound payment forecasts based on shipment schedules, lead times, and payment terms, ensuring effective cash flow management
Identify and automate manual tasks to increase team efficiency and internal communication.
Outbound manager:
Optimize the outbound logistics strategy for all markets and business models, balancing cost, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Lead relationships and negotiations with carriers to secure competitive terms and service levels.
Monitor carrier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet lead time, delivery success and quality targets.
Align closely with the Customer Success Lead to anticipate and resolve delivery impacts, ensuring proactive communication and customer solutions.
Own and optimize reverse logistics processes, designing efficient workflows that minimize costs and enhance customer experience.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic improvements.
Manage & supervise the warehouse performance
Supervise and optimize daily operations by ensuring clear visibility for key stakeholders, operational readiness, and alignment with sales forecasts
Lead relationships with warehouse partners to secure service levels, costs and operational KPIs
Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order and returns cycle.
Maintain high inventory accuracy by conducting root-cause analysis on stock variances and implementing corrective actions to prevent shrinkage and operational errors
What are we looking for?🕵️
Experience managing and negotiating with external partners. You could come from Logistics, Retail Ops, Warehouse management, or even Store/POS management; what matters is that you are used to handling stakeholders and "moving" the operation.
Experience with ERPs and a good handle on Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
Fluent English and native/advanced Spanish oral & written (you’ll use both every day).
Someone who thrives in the chaos of operations and finds solutions before others even see the problem.
You are comfortable pushing for better terms and keeping everyone in the loop.
You can manage the "now" without losing sight of the final delivery.
