We are looking for a Ux Ui Designer who will ensure Tropicfeel's web experience is seamless, conversion-optimized, and aligned with the brand's identity—merging design excellence with data-driven experimentation to continuously elevate the digital journey
Your challenge & roles: ⭐
As our Ux Ui Designer, you will take on a hybrid and high-impact role structured around three core pillars:
UX/UI Design: Leading the design strategy and optimization of all web touchpoints to ensure innovation, scalability, and top-tier visual standards.
CRO Specialist Leadership: Driving the experimentation strategy through continuous monitoring, structural enhancements, and A/B testing across high-traffic pages.
Web Content & QA Management: Translating commercial campaign directions into flawless web assets while ensuring optimal performance and content accuracy.
Your responsibilities 🚀
1. UX/UI Designer
Lead the design and optimization of all web touchpoints following the Tropicfeel Guidelines.
Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and final interfaces for high-impact pages.
Analyze quantitative data and synthesize qualitative feedback to gain behavioral insights.
Conduct weekly performance reviews of website metrics (CTR, time on page, bounce rate) to fix friction points.
Drive the long-term strategy for innovation and scalability across digital platforms.
2. CRO Specialist Lead
Own the continuous optimization strategy for the Homepage, Collection pages, landing pages, and PDPs.
Monitor weekly Conversion Metrics (A2C, CvR) to identify performance trends.
Plan and execute A/B and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses across user segments.
Collaborate with E-commerce, Performance, and Brand teams to implement conversion-focused designs.
Lead projects to increase conversion through structural layout evolution and persuasive content.
Report on testing outcomes, user insights, and CRO progress to guide roadmap priorities.
3. Web Content & QA Lead
Create and continuously update product pages to present accurate and compelling information.
Optimize every web asset for performance, device responsiveness, and brand guidelines adherence.
Translate commercial campaign creative directions into high-impact digital assets.
Leverage ChatGPT to create and optimize high-quality web copy, refining it to meet tone of voice and conversion goals.
Oversee product content lifecycle elements including descriptions, badges, filtering attributes, and SEO metadata.
Build campaign-specific pages, homepage content, and PDP layouts using existing templates or new design sections.
What are we looking for? 🕵️
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (B2-C1 level) and native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish (C1 level).
Core Technical Tooling: Proficient mastery of Figma as the primary tool for interface design.
End-to-End Product Design Process: Proven experience owning the full product design lifecycle, split into:
Discovery & Research: Understanding the problem, conducting benchmarking, and defining the solution.
UI Design: Executing high-fidelity visual and interface design.
Developer Hand-off: Seamlessly preparing, translating, and delivering assets to engineering teams.
Visual eye and deep interest in artistic aesthetics.
